Roast Style: Progressive

These tend to be lighter bodied coffees, that forefront flavour nuances inherent to the specific bean. These coffees tend to have natural sweetness and distinctive aromatic properties.

As a general guide, they'll be great brewed using any filter method. We'd recommend trying them black.

Roaster's Notes

This naturally processed Geisha is roasted to honour the unique terroir of Hacienda La Esmeralda. A short roast time preserves the refined acidity and floral elegance, while gentle development after first crack highlights its sweetness and depth. The result is a spectacularly clean cup with jasmine florals, a silky mouthfeel, and vibrant tropical fruit notes of pineapple, bergamot, and lychee.
